Membership Interest

The Kiwanis Club of Tuscaloosa is a Service Organization that allows people to  fellowship, network, serve the children of West Alabama, and provide leadership and service opportunities to children through Circle K, Key Club, Builders Club, and K-Kids.

Members attend luncheon meetings every Monday at the Country Club of Tuscaloosa.  Guest Speakers are there each week to bring interesting topics about Tuscaloosa, Northport, West Alabama, and the State of Alabama.  Recent Guest Speakers include Governor - Bob Riley, U of A Basketball Coach - Mark Gottfried, U of A Gymnastics Coach - Sarah Patterson, Tuscaloosa Mayor -  Walt Maddox, Northport Mayor - Harvey Fretwell, and UCP of West Alabama Executive Director - Toni Franklin.

Members are asked to attend two meetings per month, volunteer on one project each month, sell tickets for Kiwanis Pancake Day and just have fun serving others.  Members pay Kiwanis Club Dues on a quarterly basis.
