Ginger Manning is Rolanda Terry,
Eric’s weary mother, who, in her last month of a difficult pregnancy,
strives to take good care of her ailing, irritable mother and works to raise
a responsible young man. Ginger is a professional actress in Milwaukee,
who studied acting at Columbia College and Act One Studio in Chicago. While
pursing her acting career, Ginger also works as a store manager for Blockbuster.
Joining the cast of Gettin' Grown, in Ginger's words, "allows me to
showcase my talent, thus taking me closer to my goal of being a well-known
actress." Working on Gettin' Grown also brought back memories for Ginger.
She recalled coming home from school and being entrusted to pick up her
little brother from day care as her first experience with adult responsibilities.
