How to download PDF files to your computer:

How to use the tool bar and hints on navigating your way through a PDF form.
To type data directly onto a PDF form, move the "hand" cursor to a blank area. When the hand changes to a regular cursor, click once and then begin typing data. Use the tab key to move to the following blanks. If a blank does not accept input (e.g., a signature blank), then you will be unable to type in it.
In order to print the form with the data you entered included, use theprinter icon located on the Acrobat toolbar (not the browser print option). Before printing, click on the page outside all of the blanks to ensure data appears on the print-out. How to download PDF files to your computer:
For Windows users using Netscape:
Right-click on the link and choose "Save Link As..."; save/download file somewhere on your computer (make note of where you put it!); to open, double-click on the file you downloaded on your local computer.
For Windows users using Internet Explorer:
Right-click on the link and choose "Save Target As..."; save/download file somewhere on your computer (make note of where you put it!); to open, double-click on the file you downloaded on your local computer.
For Mac users using Netscape:
Hold down Control and click on Link "Save Link As..."; save/download file somewhere on your computer (make note of where you put it!); to open, double-click on the file you downloaded on your local computer.
For Mac users using Internet Explorer:
Hold down Control and click on the link and choose "Save Target As..."; save/download file somewhere on your computer (make note of where you put it!); to open, double-click on the file you downloaded on your local computer. Printing Problem: PDF text & fonts are not printing as they appear on-screen. Solution: 1. Click on the 'Properties' button of the 'Print' dialog box 2. Click on 'Print Quality' tab. 3. Make sure that 'TrueType as Bitmaps' is selected under the 'Text Mode' section.
